Return Policy
We understand that circumstances can change and you may need to return your order. That is why we have created
a 60-day return policy for you.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return products purchased from us within 60 days of delivery and receive a refund, exchange, or store credit for future purchases if:

You received a product with damaged or contaminated packaging;
You received a product that is defective or otherwise faulty;
You received the wrong item;
You changed your mind and wish to return an unused, unopened product.
We offer this 60-day return policy only for physical products purchased on this website. If you purchased “Derila-ergo” products from other sellers, please consult the site where the purchase was made to process the return, as such returns may be subject to the seller’s policy, over which we have no control.
